AZ&Me Prescription Savings Program

The AZ&Me Prescription Savings Program (formerly AstraZeneca Patient Assistance Program) provides certain medications at no cost to you. This is a temporary assistance program that looks at your financial and medical needs. You will not need to pay any co-pays or enrollment fees to get help from this program. Once enrolled, you will receive a supply of the medication in the amount needed for your treatment or as determined by the program. In addition, the program will work with you and/or your physician to determine where your medication will be shipped.

How do I apply?

The AZ&Me Prescription Savings program for people without insurance provides two ways to apply: use the online application or print and fill out an application form. You can mail the completed application form back to the AZ&Me Prescription Savings Program.

Am I eligible?

You can get help from this program if you are a United States resident and have limited income. Additionally, you cannot have any form of insurance to cover prescription drug costs. Separately, if you have experienced a life changing event in the past year, and your financial documentation does not reflect your present income, the program may be able to help you. Can I get help from this program if I have Medicare?

If you have Medicare, but do not enroll in Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage, you may still get help from this program. However, once you enroll in Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage, you can no longer get help from this program.
